The deposit amount is simply deducted from the total cost of your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment in the salon at the end of your session.
All deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
DISCLAMER: Due to our table's weight capacity, clients who are either pregnant or weigh over 300 pounds should inform their lash technician upon scheduling their appointment so that safety accommodations may be made.

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every technician at Angels LA Lashes. Angels LA Lashes takes great pride in the work we do! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

For safety and insurance reasons, no extra guests are allowed in the spa room. This includes children. Adult guests are more than welcome to wait in the seating area.
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your requested technician. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. If you are more than 20-30 minutes late your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. If you choose to book another appointment after a last minute cancellation or No Show, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment date and time.
The cancellation fee is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
You will forfeit your $35 deposit fee for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 - hours before the appointment time.

NO SHOW POLICY
A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered Late Cancellations.
Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/fully payment towards their visit when booking future appointments. Absolutely no refunds.
As a courtesy, Angels LA Lashes offers appointment reminders through email and text. We will send you an appointment reminder 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that appointments that are booked within 24 hours of service may not receive reminder emails or the option to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments.
Angels LA Lashes Studio takes the health concerns around the Covid-19 very seriously and encourages staff and customers to prioritize their health first and temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
All retail product purchases are final sale.

We guarantee our eyelash extension application and always stand behind our work. However, an allergic reaction is something that is out of our control so we do not offer refunds.
An allergic reaction is an unforeseen event that cannot be predicted. We strongly recommend that you look at photos, ask questions and be entirely sure this is a service you would like to have before you invest in the service.
This is something to be aware of if you have had a reaction in the past and still want to go ahead with the booking.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by Angels LA Lashes's skilled & trained staff (or even by you). All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, Angels LA Lashes will offer a Free Lash Removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact Angels LA Lashes immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
If an allergic reaction does occur, you will need to have the lashes professionally removed. As we are generally booked out days in advance, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to come back immediately for the removal appointment.
A removal takes approximately 30 minutes.
Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. We regret that promotional services, or gift certificates purchased are absolutely non-refundable. This applies to all services.
We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed.
Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation.
